I attended Avon RepFest this year with a member of my team. We were so excited to learn about the new up and coming Health and Wellness line and about the new incentives! We had to drive 8 hours to get from Chicago to Nashville and leave our loved ones behind to attend. We were blown away at the entire experience, from meeting all the Avon social media business bosses to seeing Tom Gunn from Project Runway in person on the stage 30 feet in front of us. There was just something about being there watching it live that really energized us! The thing that impressed me the most was seeing all of our fellow beauty bosses going on stage when they announced the vacation like a boss achievers for the trip earlier this year to the Bahamas.
